In an unique setting, located right next to a park, the Sophienterrassen form a new city quarter in the city district of Harvestehude. Directly on the banks of the Alster the listed Sophienpalais together with its new neighbours, five city mansions, will soon present itself in a new look.

The former Command Office will be stripped out, reconstructed, and then converted into exclusive residential living spaces. A total of 57 elegant, generously sized city dwellings, a reception lobby and doorman facility, a club lounge and a private spa are being created on an area of 12,500 m². Another highlight will be the additional level of the skydeck, including a two-storey high Panorama Penthouse – city living in the popular generous style of Hamburg.
