14th December 2011 Green light for residential area Belsenpark in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel
The so called PANDION parkside one, i.e. the 1st contruction stage of the new residential district in Düsseldorf-Oberkassel is presented to public and press today.
The properties for the residential scheme in Oberkassel, left bank of the Rhine, are based immediately at the planned, 2 hectares large park. It is ksg´s proposal that has been chosen for the first planning phase. The design adapts to its site and surrounding of classical mansions, offering luxurious residential solutions with its straight, geometrical forms and pure white facades. Intending to generate a development of contemporary authenticity ksg aims at both, a design rooted in traditional architecture and of reduced formal design at the same time in order.
At the first stage it will be solely the PANDION parkside one designed with 85 flats by ksg that becomes realised. The development foresees apartment sizes ranging from 54 to 208 sqm with a net floor area of 8.500sqm. Construction will start in Summer 2012 and is planned to be finished end 2013.
